Beet Hummus

Makes 3-4 cups

1 cup roasted or cooked beets

3 cups cooked chickpeas or two 15 oz cans

1/4 cup sesame tahini

4 garlic cloves

1 1/2 lemons, juiced

1.5 tsp cumin

Mix all ingredients into a smooth consistency with a food processor or blender, adding water (from cooking or canned chickpeas) as needed. May be frozen in batches.
