Basil Hemp Dressing/Sauce

3/4 cup hemp seeds

1/4 cup pumpkin/sunflower seeds

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

1 Tbs white miso

1/4 cup coconut aminos

3/4 cup fresh basil leaves

1 cup water or enough to make a “pourable” dressing

Combine all ingredients in a small food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add enough water to make the dressing easy to pour or keep a thicker consistency for use as a dip/sauce.

May be used as the dressing for pasta, potato or a green salad or a dip/sauce for sliced veggies or whole grain bread/pita.
