Matcha Smoothie

Serves 2

2 frozen bananas

1 cup frozen mango

2 cups soy milk or other plant based milk

1/2 tsp vanilla powder

1/2 tsp cardamom

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 - 1 tsp matcha powder

2-3 dates (optional)

1/4 cup ice cubes

Enough water to blend

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
