Overnight Oat, Seed & Fruit Bowl

Serves 1 - 2

1/2 cup rolled oats (we like sprouted)

1/2 cup cooked whole or steel cut oats

1 Tbs hemp seeds

1 Tbs pumpkin seeds

1 Tbs sunflower seeds

1 Tbs ground flax and/or chia seeds

1 Tbs wheat germ

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground cardamom

1/2 tsp vanilla powder

1/2 tsp ground ginger

2 cups mixed fruit and/or frozen fruit, such as sliced golden kiwi, cherries, wild blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, dragonfruit, cranberries, sliced peaches, etc.

2 Tbs raisins (optional)

1.5 - 2 cups of plant based milk, such as soy, oat, almond, rice, hemp, etc.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl (with lid) or jar and refrigerate overnight. Serve with extra plant based milk and/or fresh fruit (such as bananas or apples) in the morning.
